At The Joey's Kitchen, a brand under parent company Warmbite Food Ventures  Private Limited, we strive to provide you with the best experience. Please  review our policies below. 

1. Order Cancellation 

●   Cancellation Timeframe: You may request to cancel your order within

15 minutes of placing it or before the food is ready for delivery,  whichever comes first. Once the order is prepared for delivery,  cancellation requests may not be accepted. 

●  How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact us via email or

phone as soon as possible.

2. Refund Policy 

● Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be applicable under the  

following circumstances: 

○ The order received was incorrect or incomplete.

○ The food items were damaged or spoiled upon delivery. 

● Refund Process:

○ To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving

your order. Include your order number and a brief description of  the issue. No further queries related to this issue will be  entertained beyond this timeframe. 

○ We will investigate your request and notify you of the status of  

your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through  your original payment method within 2-4 working days. 

3. Non-Refundable Items 

Certain items may be non-refundable, including: 

● Items that have been consumed or tampered with. 

○ Custom or special orders made at your request.

○ Delays in delivery caused by our delivery partners.

●  We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation, Refund

Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an  updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy  periodically.
