purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is  available to receive the order. 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and

other factors. We partner with third party vendors for our delivery  and we are not liable for delays in delivery in circumstances which  are not in our control like traffic conditions, whether condition, 

delay in operation at delivery partners etc.

6. Cancellations and Refunds 

You may request to cancel your order within a specified timeframe

(15 minutes or before food is ready for delivery; which ever is  applicable first). Once the order is prepared for delivery,  cancellations may not be accepted. 

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund
