1. Shipping and Delivery Policy 

● Delivery Areas: We deliver to specific locations around our cloud 

kitchen located at Varthur, Balagere Road. For outstation deliveries  within India, please note that these are subject to the operations of  our delivery partners. 

● Delivery Timeframes: 

○ Local Deliveries: Typically delivered within a specified timeframe.

○ Outstation Deliveries: Delivery may take a minimum of 2 days 

and a maximum of 10 days. If delivery exceeds 10 days, customers  may request cancellation of their order. 

● Delivery Charges: Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at 

● checkout. We reserve the right to adjust delivery fees based on 

location or order size.
